Bio

Daniel is a RICS Registered Valuer, who has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2015 and has gained considerable experience within the Greater Manchester and Lancashire commercial property markets, as well as having valuable early year career experience working in the residential sector. Daniel also has a First-Class Honours Degree in Property Management and Investment. 

Having previously spent 16 years at Lamb & Swift Commercial in Bolton, Daniel has acquired specific expertise in the agency, valuation, and investment areas of commercial property. Daniel is determined to help his clients add value to their property, whether this is a single property or a wider portfolio of buildings or land-holding. 

Daniel is a devoted father to his 2 girls, Ariana and Alessia and in his spare time enjoys going for countryside walks (if there is a pub), visiting National Trust sites, and playing golf.

Adam Westwell is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Adam gained his Chartership Status in 2014, alongside his RICS Registered Valuer qualification, which is the highest accreditation for the Valuations discipline. Adam has worked in Commercial Property for over 16 years and prior to this, Adam gained experience as an Estate Agent for a short period for a local family run firm of Agents in Horwich.  

Adam is particularly interested in Commercial Development projects having previously been active as one of Aldi Foodstore’s Acquisitions Agents for over 6 years. Adam enjoys assisting clients with strategic property decisions, including strategic land purchases/disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals. 

Adam is able to assist his clients with all aspects of commercial property valuations and property disposals, including advising Charitable on their compliance with the Charities Act (2011), having acted for The Royal British Legion for over 10 years. 

Away from the office, Adam is a keen golfer, and is a member at Bolton Old Links Golf Club. Adam’s handicap is 0.7 and he is a member of the Club's Scratch Team. 

Adam is a loving father to his son Arthur and daughter Rose, and he enjoys getting out into the West Pennine Moors with them at weekends.

Since graduating with an honours degree in Business Management & a Masters in Financial Management in 2010 Adam began working in industry (Chorley Group – Motors ) most latterly in the role of Group Managing Director, overseeing group operations, acquisitions & brand strategy.

Whilst under Adam’s stewardship Chorley Group has continued to grow into one of the North’s most successful businesses, revolutionising the motor industry through disruptive approaches to marketing and employee engagement

Adam has been involved in various start-up businesses over the years, acting as Commercial Director for legal/law firm based in the North West, co-founder of a property/construction company and co-founder of Turner Westwell assuming the role of CEO in 2023.

Founder and Chairman of the automotive company 'Chorley Group',  Andrew has worked in and around the North West of England for over three decades. Founded from Andrew's home in 1988 trading as the Bugle Inn Motor Co - a single used car pitch quickly grew into the award-winning multi-franchise family business offering some of the most popular car brands in the world.

Andrew is passionate about giving back to the community, having long been a support of Chorley Mencap, sponsor to various colleges around Lancashire and a founder patron of Chorley Youth Zone - a purpose-built facility for the borough’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities.

 

 

 

Beth Daniels

Beth started her career in Business Administration as an Office Junior at a Bolton law firm in 2007 and progressed quickly to become a Legal Secretary within the Personal Injury department. It was here she gained her NVQ in Business Administration.

Since leaving the law firm in 2009, Beth previously worked for an Audio Visual Transcribing company based in Horwich, where she was required to type verbatim witness statements on behalf of the CPS to be used in court hearings.

Most recently, Beth was employed as an Office Administrator in March 2014 at Lamb & Swift Commercial in Bolton and has provided admin support to both Daniel and Adam for the past 9 years. Beth decided it was time for a fresh start elsewhere and secured a role as Office Manager at Turner Westwell. She is excited to see the business thrive and develop and is ready to assist in helping this to be achieved.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her partner Chris, daughter Hallie, family and friends. She also likes to watch the occasional (all) police and crime dramas/documentaries.
